Instructions

    Ajoutez l'amaretto, le jus de citron fraîchement pressé, le sirop simple et les bitters à votre shaker.

    Pour une mousse onctueuse, ajoutez du blanc d'œuf et effectuez d'abord un 'dry shake' (sans glace) pendant 10 secondes. Cette étape est optionnelle mais recommandée.

    Remplissez le shaker de glace et secouez énergiquement pendant 15 secondes jusqu'à ce qu'il soit bien refroidi.
