Instructions

    Ajoutez le bourbon, le jus de citron frais, le sirop de sucre et le blanc d'œuf dans un shaker.

    Effectuez un 'dry shake' vigoureux sans glace pour émulsionner le blanc d'œuf.

    Ajoutez de la glace et secouez à nouveau jusqu'à ce que le tout soit bien refroidi.

    Filtrez finement dans un verre tumbler.

    Ajoutez 2 traits de bitters Angostura sur la mousse.
